Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Backend Developer with up to 1 year of experience, preferably in an NBFC or FinTech environment. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend applications for personal loan and financial services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure backend applications and REST APIs.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment/loan services.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot backend issues.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams.
- Ensure data security, scalability, and application performance.
- Maintain code quality and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 1 year of backend development experience (NBFC/FinTech preferred).
- Knowledge of Golang, Node.js, or Java, REST APIs, and SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of authentication, API security, and Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
