Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and experienced DevOps Engineer to streamline our development and deployment processes while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and building reliable CI/CD pipelines to support fast-paced product development.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
- Maintain system documentation, deployment procedures, and infrastructure configurations.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in Linux system administration.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
- Good understanding of networking, security, load balancing, and DNS.
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Shell.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
