Email Automation Intern

Role Overview

As an Email Automation Intern, you will optimize and own the day-to-day tracking and organizing operations of the Email Automation team. This role focuses on scaling efforts through organizational, QA, and data tracking support to complete cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Transfer existing email copy from ESP to editable documents across multiple brands
• Code new copy into email templates, including all formatting, links, and tracking measures
• Maintain templates and implement content updates as needed
• Assist the Email Automation Coordinator with QA processes
• Perform semi-weekly A/B testing and data tracking updates across multiple brands

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Undergraduate coursework in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data recording
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
