DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in on-premise Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Jenkins. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure, automating deployments, maintaining Kubernetes environments, and ensuring reliable and secure application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premise Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational processes.
• Monitor system, application, and Kubernetes cluster performance.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, networking, and production issues.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline software releases.
• Implement best practices for availability, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Manage Docker/containerized applications and Kubernetes workloads.
• Maintain deployment scripts, configurations, and automation tools.
• Participate in production support and incident resolution.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably in an on-premise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes components such as Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, and Helm.
• Experience with Git and source-code management.
• Good understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts.
• Scripting knowledge in Shell/Bash or Python.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
