Electrical Engineering Intern

Role Overview

We are building the next generation of autonomous heavy-lift transportation systems, including eVTOL and Cargo drones. Our mission is to push the boundaries of aerospace to build large cargo UAV systems for logistics purposes. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team to design, test, and implement electrical systems and components for our UAV platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for UAVs, including power distribution, control systems, and communication interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software components.
• Conduct tests and simulations to validate electrical designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the development and production phases.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for electrical designs, schematics, and testing procedures.
• Support the manufacturing team in the assembly and testing of UAV prototypes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, and simulation tools.
• Experience with power management systems and battery & ESC technologies used in UAVs.
• Experience with electrical testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
