Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a Backend Support Executive to join our team. This role requires experience in an export company environment, focusing on client handling and order processing within the auto parts, machinery, auto components, forging, and lubricant sectors.
Responsibilities
- Making quotations for clients.
- Handling client communications and inquiries.
- Processing orders efficiently.
- Managing backend support tasks related to exports.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an export company.
- Experience handling clients and processing orders.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Familiarity with the auto parts, machinery, auto components, forging, or lubricant industries is a plus.
