Role Overview
GTPL is seeking enthusiastic Software Engineer Interns for a 6-month full-time remote internship. This role focuses on backend development using Python, offering hands-on experience in an Agile environment with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Assist in backend web application development.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on feature development.
- Document technical processes and development activities.
- Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech).
- Good knowledge of Python.
- Basic understanding of Django or Flask.
- Familiarity with REST APIs.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
