Backend Administration Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Administration Executive to support daily operational and administrative activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of MIS reporting, Excel, inventory management, and purchase order processing. Experience with the TransZact inventory and procurement platform will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Manage and update operational data using MS Excel.
• Create and process such as production reports, Inward GRN accurately and on time.
• Follow up with vendors regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Manage inventory records and stock movements on Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Create, update, and manage inventory transactions in the TransZact application.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, expenses in filing system.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of backend operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 0-6 to 1 years of experience in backend operations, administration, inventory management, or procurement support.
