Job Description
Role Overview
Hansa Medcell is looking to hire an MIS Intern to support the backend implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement programs. This 6-month, office-based role in Mumbai offers hands-on experience in project management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms within healthcare education initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Track HCP engagement projects and maintain MIS dashboards.
- Monitor enrolment, attendance, assessments, certifications, and project milestones.
- Manage learner data, registrations, and module completion within the LMS.
- Maintain participant records and the CRM database.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and Excel dashboards.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to support webinars and certification programs.
Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate in a related field.
- Ability to work from the office in Mumbai.
- Availability for a 6-month internship duration.
