Full-Stack Developer (.Net Core + React JS)

Role Overview

Hare and Turtle AI Solutions (HNT) is an AI solutions company that helps organizations design, build, and scale practical AI systems with confidence. We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in modern backend development using .NET 8+. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications involving real-time communication, cloud messaging, authentication mechanisms, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / .NET 8+, with readiness for migration to .NET 10.
• Develop scalable and secure backend services using ASP.NET Core and Microservices architecture.
• Build and maintain responsive frontend applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive and high-performance user interfaces.
• Implement real-time communication solutions using WebSockets.
• Integrate messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus or similar messaging platforms.
• Develop and manage secure authentication and authorization systems, including RBAC and ABAC.
• Implement robust access control mechanisms across services and APIs.
• Work with multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency patterns to build high-performance applications.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Design and implement audit mechanisms for tracking system activities, compliance, and operational visibility.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both backend and frontend layers.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Solution Architects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with .NET 8 or later versions.
• Proficiency in WebSockets for real-time systems.
• Experience with Azure Service Bus or similar messaging systems.
• Solid understanding of Authentication & Authorization (RBAC, ABAC).
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading, async/await, and concurrency.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
