MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our team for a full-time, on-site position in Surat, Gujarat. Candidates must be proficient across the entire stack, capable of building robust web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
• Implement frontend features using React (including hooks and Redux/state management).
• Develop and manage backend services and Node.js/Express REST APIs.
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas.
• Implement authentication mechanisms such as JWT and role-based access.
• Manage file upload pipelines utilizing AWS S3.
• Work with real-time applications using Socket.io.
• Integrate payment gateways like Razor pay.
• Utilize Git for collaborative development workflows.
• Build features with minimal supervision, leveraging experience with existing codebases.
• Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant applications is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+ (frontend and backend).
• Hands-on experience with React (hooks, Redux, routing).
• Experience with Node.js and Express REST API development.
• Solid understanding of MongoDB and schema design.
• Familiarity with authentication methods (JWT, cookies, role-based access).
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with AWS S3, file upload pipelines.
• Familiarity with Socket.io or real-time web apps.
• Experience with Firebase (web push notifications) and Electron desktop development is beneficial.
• Experience with Formik /Yup, Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with Razor pay or any payment gateway.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Surat, Gujarat.
