Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should possess strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on executing processes within an Agile working environment. You will be responsible for managing high-availability systems, including incident, problem, and change management, while ensuring risk control and configuration management for mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes within an Agile working environment, including risk control and configuration management for high scalability mission-critical applications.
• Handle responsibility and execution for incident, problem, and change management for high available systems.
• Address and prioritize IT risk controls using organizational and administrational skills.
• Provide IT operational support.
• Manage RHEL and Windows 2012 servers.
• Utilize scripting languages like Python and PowerShell.
• Manage MSSQL databases.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Multiple years of experience in IT operational support and executing processes in an Agile environment.
• Experience with DevOps/Scrum is a must.
• Strong understanding of functional requirements.
• Experience with management reporting using BI techniques/SQL.
