Role Overview

The Technical Specialist in DevOps Solutions at HCL is responsible for utilizing Python and GitHub to provide innovative solutions and support in the development and maintenance of DevOps processes. The role involves collaborating with cross functional teams to enhance efficiency and automation within the software development lifecycle, with a focus on integrating Machine Learning and LLM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement devops solutions using Python programming language and GitHub version control system.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve release cycles.
• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to devops tools and processes.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in version control, code quality, and security standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of devops practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python, APIs, microservices, and system design.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and pipeline fundamentals.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector search.
• Understanding of model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
