Full stack MERN Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (MERN) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working across both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on performance, usability, and clean architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js and Next.js
• Implement rendering strategies such as SSR, SSG, and CSR
• Build accessible and mobile-friendly UI using Tailwind CSS
• Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and caching
• Manage application state using Redux or Context API
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js or NestJS
• Work with MongoDB, including queries and aggregation pipelines
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, role-based access)
• Integrate third-party APIs and services like Stripe, Razorpay, Google Maps, and Firebase
• Build real-time features using WebSockets or Socket.IO
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js
• Solid understanding of SSR, SSG, and CSR concepts
• Experience with Node.js and REST API development
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of state management tools such as Redux or Context API
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
