Role Overview

Hiring Bazaar AI is building AI products that are changing the way companies hire and how candidates prepare for interviews. We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our fast-moving startup to solve real-world problems and build meaningful products.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI-powered products and agents.
• Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs.
• Integrate AI models into production applications.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to ship features quickly.
• Experiment with new AI technologies and turn ideas into products.
