Role Overview

Join the Connected Aero team at Honeywell Aerospace to design, develop, test, and integrate highly complex software functions. You will be an integral member of a team focused on generating innovative solutions and novel approaches to solve complex aerospace problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate complex software functions.
• Perform System and Integration Testing independently.
• Prototype applications quickly using multiple programming languages.
• Generate innovative solutions for technical problems and opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software development and testing of moderate to complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Java.
• Solid understanding of database fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Front-End Development including React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Back-End Development using Oracle, Java, and SQLite.
• Proficiency in Web Design & UI/UX tools for responsive and interactive designs.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity including Coverity, BDH issues, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with VS Code, Microsoft Visual Studio, Windows, and Linux.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GIS Data formats and GIS Tools.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to improve productivity.
• Experience in the Aerospace domain.
