Role Overview

Join the Honeywell Aerospace Technologies team to design, develop, and integrate complex software functions. As a Software Engineer I, you will work within an Agile environment to develop and support advanced web applications and portals using Enterprise Scale Full Stack Web Technologies, collaborating closely with infrastructure, network, and cyber security teams.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile environment with developers and architects to implement new software programs.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
• Write high-quality, efficient, and testable code.
• Contribute to implementation, testing, operations, and process improvement within a Scrum team.
• Perform Coding, Integration Testing, and Verification and Validation.
• Develop both Backend and Frontend components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Enterprise Scale Full Stack Web Development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React JS.
• Experience with Oracle databases and Stored Procedures.
• Knowledge of Git Actions, GitHub, and JIRA.
• Experience with JUnit, Jest, Selenium, or Katalon Studio.
• Familiarity with API Gateways like KONG or APIGEE and security tools like Blackduck or Coverity.
