Job Description
Role Overview
HI Labs is looking for a Software Mentor / Faculty Trainee who is passionate about software development and technical mentoring. This role involves supporting learners in understanding programming, computer science fundamentals, and software development concepts. It is designed for individuals who want to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical software engineering.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting technical learning sessions and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Explain programming and computer science concepts using practical examples.
- Support students with assignments, exercises, and programming problems.
- Review student code and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students through small software development projects and development workflows.
- Prepare exercises, assignments, and learning resources.
- Track student progress and collaborate with the academic team to improve outcomes.
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. or M.Tech / M.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MCA degree is also preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Strong technical fundamentals and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring.
