Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative Motion UI/UX Designer who specializes in designing immersive, interactive, and visually compelling web experiences. The ideal candidate should be passionate about blending user experience, storytelling, animation, and modern web interactions to create premium digital experiences that engage users and drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging web experiences driven by motion and interaction.
• Create smooth page transitions and immersive navigation experiences.
• Design scroll-triggered animations and storytelling sequences.
• Conceptualize and prototype interactive user journeys.
• Develop motion systems that enhance usability and brand perception.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Create advanced interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate motion behavior.

Requirements

• Expertise in Figma for high-fidelity design and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Ability to communicate animation timing, easing, and transition specifications to developers.
• Portfolio showcasing advanced scroll animations and page transitions.
