Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with expertise in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong UI/UX understanding, and the ability to independently execute projects from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into responsive websites
• Develop and maintain WordPress websites
• Build React-based web applications
• Develop Python-based backend solutions
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Optimize website performance and Core Web Vitals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• HTML5 and CSS3 proficiency
• JavaScript (ES6+) expertise
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and Responsive Web Design
• WordPress Custom Theme Development and WooCommerce
• Experience with Figma to pixel-perfect conversion
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub, Hosting, and Deployment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to interact directly with clients and gather requirements

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years in WordPress development
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Portfolio demonstrating Figma-to-Web implementations
• Experience working with international clients
