Job Description
Role Overview
Contiinex is a speech AI platform that helps businesses understand speech across multiple languages. Our AI-based CX automation platform is built on a homegrown speech-to-text and NLP engine, designed to pick up on the nuances of speech to deliver AI-fueled analysis and meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions.
- Manage database operations, including schema design, optimization, and queries.
- Develop and deploy voice bots and speech bot workflows.
- Write LLM prompts and implement speech analytics.
- Utilize Docker for application deployment and scaling.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with MySQL or MSSQL.
- Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker.
- Experience with writing LLM prompts and speech bot workflows.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools.
