Software Development Engineer - II

Role Overview

This role involves developing scalable backend systems using Go/Python or Node.js, and crafting responsive frontends with React.js. The ideal candidate will have experience in CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to the Play Store and App Store, ensuring a seamless delivery process for our mobile and web applications in the pet wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Backend development: Develop secure and scalable backend services using Go/Python or Node.js.
• Frontend development: Create user-friendly mobile and web interfaces using React.js.
• CI/CD pipeline management: Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• App deployment: Oversee the deployment of applications to the Play Store and App Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and a smooth rollout.
• Database integration: Work with database technologies for effective data flow and integration within applications.
• Quality assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing, employing automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline to maintain high standards of quality.
• Agile development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain detailed documentation of development processes and adhere to coding best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in full-stack development.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Strong background in backend technologies and frontend frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience in deploying applications to the Play Store and App Store.
• Knowledge of database management and integration.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and team collaboration tools.
