Role Overview
We are looking for a Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of features from requirements through delivery, working across a mix of modern and legacy systems. You thrive in an environment that values autonomy, results-driven work, and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across backend and frontend, collaborating directly with the product team from functional specs through delivery
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues independently, including within legacy codebases you did not originally write
- Write meaningful automated tests (unit and integration) before submitting code for review
- Conduct code reviews for peers, providing constructive and specific feedback
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, build automation, and deployment processes
- Identify technical debt and propose well-justified refactoring strategies to improve long-term code health
Requirements
- Experience with .NET (C#) and at least one frontend framework (e.g., Angular)
- Proficiency with SQL Server or Oracle and relational database concepts
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, and Docker
- Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and modify legacy codebases (VB.NET, VB6, Classic ASP)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
