VR Developer / 3D Simulation Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled VR Developer / 3D Simulation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality immersive VR experiences and interactive simulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5, Blueprint programming, and real-time 3D application development. You will collaborate closely with designers, 3D artists, AI engineers, and clients to create production-ready VR applications for industrial training, manufacturing, and enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy immersive VR applications and interactive simulations using Unreal Engine 5.
• Develop gameplay logic, interactions, and application workflows using Blueprints and/or C++.
• Build realistic training simulations and enterprise VR experiences.
• Integrate 3D assets, animations, UI, and interactive elements into VR applications.
• Optimize VR applications for performance, stability, and user experience across supported platforms.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with AI, AR/VR, and 3D teams to integrate intelligent and immersive features.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in VR Development or Unreal Engine application development.
• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.
• Hands-on experience with Blueprint Programming.
• Good knowledge of C++ and/or Python for Unreal Engine development.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience developing interactive 3D applications or VR simulations.
• Knowledge of debugging, optimization, and performance tuning.
