Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Digital Transformation)

Role Overview

India’s leading retail and distribution group operating exclusive brand stores for HP, Samsung, and Ray-Ban across multiple states is looking for passionate, customer-focused engineers who enjoy solving real business problems using technology and AI.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business leaders, retail teams, and enterprise customers to understand operational challenges
• Translate business problems into AI-powered software solutions
• Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve internal and customer-facing applications
• Rapidly prototype new ideas and automate manual business processes
• Integrate AI models, LLMs, and enterprise systems into day-to-day business workflows
• Train users, gather feedback, and iterate quickly based on real-world usage
• Own projects from problem definition through deployment and post-launch support
• Collaborate with leadership to identify high-impact digital transformation opportunities

Requirements

• Graduates who completed their degree between 2020 and 2026
• Strong understanding of AI, full-stack web development, automation, APIs, and modern software development
• Experience with AI-powered development tools, modern frameworks, and cloud technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Passion for working directly with customers and building solutions that create measurable business impact
• Willingness to travel to customer locations whenever required
