Role Overview
We're hiring a Backend Engineer with deep Java expertise and hands-on experience building enterprise integrations on the Microsoft stack. This is a high-ownership role where you will design and ship production-grade connectors and integration pipelines that connect our platform to Microsoft's enterprise ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Azure services, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and APIs using Spring Boot powering enterprise integrations.
- Work with Connectors for Microsoft enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AD using frameworks like Kafka Connect, Spring Integration, or Azure Integration Services.
- Utilize Dataverse APIs and workflow automation for deep integration with Microsoft ecosystems.
- Manage Azure-native deployments using App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, and Service Bus/Event Hubs.
- Take end-to-end feature ownership from design and development to deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience building scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Java.
- Hands-on integration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including familiarity with Dataverse or Power Platform.
- Practical experience designing or consuming connectors (e.g., Kafka Connect, Spring Integration, or Azure Logic Apps).
- Proven experience with Microsoft Graph API for data access across M365 services.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Platform (App Service, Functions, AKS, Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, and Azure DevOps CI/CD).
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (Azure SQL or Cosmos DB).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
