Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a PHP Backend Developer with hands-on experience in developing custom web applications, integrating third-party APIs, and working with existing codebases.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Develop and customize Shopify themes and apps.
- Build custom applications using Core PHP, OOP, and MVC concepts.
- Manage and optimize MySQL databases and queries.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Debug issues and collaborate with frontend developers.
Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of experience in PHP development.
- Strong knowledge of Core PHP, OOP, MySQL, WordPress, and Shopify.
- Experience with Shopify Liquid, APIs, and WordPress hooks/plugins.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to understand code, communicate blockers, and take ownership of tasks.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to commute to Mohali, Punjab.
