Role Overview

As a Quant Research Intern, you’ll work at the intersection of data science, financial markets, and algorithmic trading solving real-world challenges that drive our trading strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience in quantitative research, supported by structured learning and direct mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive training program covering trading concepts, options theory, statistical modelling, and machine learning techniques.
• Tackle meaningful research challenges such as designing predictive models or optimizing existing strategies.
• Explore large financial and market datasets to identify patterns and develop quantitative models.
• Work closely with traders, researchers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment.
• Present findings through reports and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a highly quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in mathematical and statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in programming.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts.
• A curious and driven mindset with a passion for innovation.
