The Impact You Will Make

In this role, you will design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and cloud-native platforms using Golang and modern distributed systems technologies. You will work on engineering complex, data-intensive products that directly create measurable value for enterprise customers. Your work will involve building scalable APIs, distributed services, event-driven systems, reliable data pipelines, and high-throughput backend components that support AI-native SaaS products. You will also contribute to architectural decisions, system design, performance optimization, and engineering best practices across the platform.

What This Role Entails:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go.
• Build RESTful APIs and gRPC services under guidance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and basic observability.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Contribute to documentation and engineering standards.

What Lands You in This Role

• Good knowledge of Go (Golang).
• Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Object-Oriented Design fundamentals.
• Concurrency (Goroutines, Channels, Mutex, Context).
• Understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and microservices.
• Basic database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL).
• Problem-solving and debugging skills.
