Backend Executive

Role Overview

IMTS Institute is looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to manage data, documentation, coordination, call handling, and day-to-day backend operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, Excel knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day backend and operational tasks.
• Attend and handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and CRM information.
• Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Verify documents and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle emails, follow-ups, and other administrative activities.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Support the team with daily operational requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 Years of experience in backend operations or administration.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and call handling skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Noida Sector 16.
