Role Overview

Indegene is a technology-led healthcare solutions provider looking for an ambitious and curious Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in a hybrid capacity in Bangalore. This 3-month internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations and transformative TA projects within a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing across multiple channels including LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Interview scheduling coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
• Supporting TA transformation projects by exploring new tools and data-driven hiring practices.
• Learning to improve and measure TA performance using real metrics and outcomes.

Requirements

• Final Year Postgraduates (Master’s) in MBA/PGDM (Human Resources, Business, or Psychology).
• Ability to work shifted hours from 3 PM to 12 Midnight.
• Available for an immediate start for a 3-month duration.
