Role Overview

Think Big is hiring an experienced Data Scientist – Advanced Analytics (AI) for an exciting long-term IBM project. We are looking for professionals with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Data Science who can design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build predictive, statistical, and analytical models to solve business problems.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and optimize data science models for production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices in data quality, governance, and model lifecycle management.

Eligibility

• 9+ years of relevant experience in Data Science and AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15–20 days will be preferred.
• Must be available for a Face-to-Face interview.
