Job Description
Role Overview
As an AI Engineer at Labrynth, you will join a forward-deployed team building AI-powered regulatory document processing and pre-drafting systems. You will work closely with senior engineering to build and maintain high-impact features while gaining direct client exposure in heavily regulated industries.
Responsibilities
- Build and extend multi-agent AI pipelines for regulatory document analysis and pre-draft generation.
- Develop and improve GraphRAG-based knowledge retrieval systems using Neo4j.
- Integrate and orchestrate LLM calls for document processing workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers and clients to translate domain requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to platform architecture to modularize and scale systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience with solid Python skills.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI/LLM applications including agent pipelines and RAG.
- Comfort working with cloud services, preferably GCP (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Memorystore).
- Familiarity with relational or graph databases.
- Experience with Django or FastAPI.
