AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer who builds like they have a team of ten in their laptop. This is not a role for a mere coder, but for a builder who can take an idea and turn it into a live, hardened product using every AI tool available. You will architect, orchestrate agents, and ship fast across web, mobile, and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Ship things: Own the end-to-end process from idea to live product, including web apps, mobile apps, and agents.
• Direct AI: Run agentic coding setups, manage custom system prompts, MCP servers, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Engineer context: Structure codebases and data to ensure models stay grounded and accurate.
• Design the data: Manage schemas, relationships, indexes, and pipelines to turn messy input into clean structured data.
• Run models locally: Deploy, benchmark, and integrate open-weights models for privacy and cost efficiency.
• Review and refactor: Act as the technical authority by reviewing AI-generated code to catch security holes and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuous learning: Rapidly adopt new models, frameworks, and paradigms.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping real, public products used by others.
• A portfolio or GitHub that demonstrates deep technical curiosity and building capability.
• Experience running local models and understanding quantization or fine-tuning.
• Ability to build complex workflows using agentic development tools.
• Strong judgment in code review and system architecture.
