Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression test suites across the Essentials product suite
• Design and execute tests validating microservices, REST APIs, UI applications, and mobile workflows
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in testing approaches
• Design regression strategies for multi-product environments
• Identify gaps and propose enhancements in the test automation process and/or architecture
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization
• Produce high-quality test documentation, defect reports, and concise written communications

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software quality engineering or test automation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
• Proven ability to independently design test strategies and regression plans for complex multi-product systems
• Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members
• Strong analytical and investigative skills for root cause analysis

Nice to Have

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management domains
• Experience testing platform-based applications
• Experience with Docker container testing
• Automated UI testing for TypeScript/web applications
• Automated API testing frameworks such as Postman, RestSharp, xUnit, or NUnit
