Role Overview
As a Solutions Engineer at Infisical, you will drive customer growth and ensure a seamless product experience from onboarding to long-term success. This high-impact, customer-facing role involves working closely with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams to demonstrate technical value, drive successful implementations, and expand product usage across accounts.
Responsibilities
- Run proof-of-concept with leads and guide customers through onboarding.
- Recommend best practices for specific architectures and use cases.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.
- Partner with account executives to lead demo and discovery calls.
- Identify friction points in workflows and provide feedback for the product roadmap.
- Guide UX/DX roadmap by understanding the user journey.
- Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders.
- Improve documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback.
