Full Stack Java Trainer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to aspiring developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, as well as expertise in front-end technologies. You will be responsible for creating and delivering course content, mentoring students, and ensuring they gain the skills necessary to succeed in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs covering full stack Java development, including Spring Boot, Restful services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Create engaging course materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
• Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for students with varying levels of experience.
• Provide practical demonstrations and real-world examples to enhance learning.
• Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to students, helping them with projects and career advice.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the curriculum relevant.
• Work with the training and development team to align training offerings with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in both back-end and front-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, Restful services, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
• Previous experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
