Your Role

As an

Apprentice- Data Ops

you will be an integral part of our Data Engineering team, working towards transforming and analyzing healthcare data to contribute to the enhancement of population health and the reduction of healthcare costs. This role offers a unique opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for data engineering to learn and grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.

A Day in the Life

• Convert tacit knowledge to implicit knowledge
• Handling end to end troubleshooting for multiple tasks across customers simultaneously
• Handling data issues, analytics and Product tickets and collaborating with different teams to resolve the same.
• Doing L1/L2 level debugging to reach an initial analysis conclusion on P1 issues before involving product and infra teams
• Initiating & contributing to automation opportunities in existing products/processes to reduce manual efforts.
• Working with scheduling jobs, scripts, and modifying them
• Maintaining appropriate versioning of the documents to be synced with the product version.
• Owning handover process along with the Lead and the Manager
• Handling customer issues in daily/weekly meetings , working on Jira tickets and monitoring JIRA queues to ensure tickets are closed within SLAs.

What You Need

• B.E/ B. Tech/ M. Tech in computer science , or related field of batch 2019,2020,2021, 2022 and 2023 only.
