AI Developer (Contractual)

Role Overview

Innovacio Technologies is looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions, AI Copilots, and demand forecasting systems capable of processing large-scale datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Enterprise AI Copilots using modern LLM frameworks.
• Build and optimize Demand Forecasting solutions using machine learning and time-series forecasting techniques.
• Develop scalable AI applications that work efficiently with large enterprise databases.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate enterprise knowledge bases.
• Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI model performance.
• Develop secure APIs and integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Enterprise AI Copilot development.
• Hands-on experience with Demand Forecasting models (Prophet, XGBoost, LSTM, or similar).
• Experience handling large datasets and database optimization.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS, PGVector, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
