QA Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated QA professional to join our team in Surat. This is an in-person role focused on ensuring the highest quality and functionality of our software applications through rigorous testing and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications, products, or services.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and anomalies using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in the design and implementation of test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance meetings and provide status updates on testing progress and issues.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously developed and tested software performs correctly after changes.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Must be able to work from the office in Surat; interviews are conducted offline.
