Full Stack Developer Intern - React & Node JS

Role Overview

Interloop is a People, Process, and Technology consulting firm with offices in India and the UAE. We are evolving from a services firm into a product-led organisation building proprietary solutions. As a Full-Stack Developer Intern, you will spend two months building real software inside a working product team, writing components for live UIs, building APIs, and shipping features that people actually use.

Responsibilities

• Building UI components in React for production applications
• Integrating frontend with backend APIs
• Assisting with backend development and basic API creation in Node.js
• Writing and debugging functions across the stack
• Participating in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedback
• Documenting your work for team continuity

Requirements

• Working knowledge of React and Node.js
• At least 1–2 projects built with React (personal, academic, or freelance)
• Comfort with JavaScript fundamentals — functions, async/await, working with APIs
• Ability to clearly explain your code, both verbally and in writing
• Genuine willingness to learn and improve

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Git and basic version control workflows
• Exposure to TypeScript, Tailwind, or modern React patterns
• Any experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• A live project URL or GitHub profile
