Software QA Engineer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software QA Engineer Intern to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with developers and the QA team to identify bugs, test new features, verify fixes, document issues, and support onboarding activities for customers and students. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing, user support, and the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications and new features.
• Identify, reproduce, and report bugs with clear steps and supporting evidence.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
• Assist in preparing QA documentation and test documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Participate in feature validation before release.
• Assist in onboarding customers and students by helping them understand platform features and workflows.
• Verify onboarding processes to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Report onboarding issues and suggest improvements to enhance usability.
• Provide basic support and guidance to users during the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of bug reporting, report writing, and documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and students.
• Willingness to learn new QA tools and technologies.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in Software Quality Assurance.
