AI Engineer 2

Role Overview

As an AI Engineer 2, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying Agentic AI frameworks, Cognitive Automation systems, and Generative AI solutions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic architectures, from design to production deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering principles, combined with expertise in AI model development and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy Agentic AI frameworks that enable autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Develop and implement Cognitive Automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Design and deliver Generative AI applications for diverse use cases, ensuring responsible and ethical AI practices.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions: data preparation, model training/customization, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into production environments.
• Apply advanced software engineering practices (DSA, design patterns, SOLID principles) to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Continuously research and adopt emerging AI technologies to strengthen product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in deploying Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python; proficiency in SQL and software engineering best practices.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative models, or multi-agent systems.
• Exposure to large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
