Role Overview
Develop fit for purpose AIML models, algorithms, and processes to address pharma and healthcare applications. This role involves transitioning prototypes into production-grade algorithms and automation engines, bringing researched ideas to reality at scale for client deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist in transforming machine learning research domain expertise into viable prototypes.
- Develop model features for individual projects with guidance.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers and Research Scientists to create new algorithms.
- Build and train production-grade algorithms capable of learning from complex, high-dimensionality data.
- Utilize various techniques to improve Natural Language Processing and machine learning algorithm performance.
- Assist in the testing and validation of models for deployment viability.
- Consult for internal and external clients to implement solution development and innovation.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience creating machine learning algorithms.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, C++, or R.
- Experience working with large, real-world datasets.
