Role Overview
Designs and develops software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience. This role involves working across all layers of the application stack, from the front-end user interface to backend development, while analyzing user requirements and making decisions within defined parameters.
Responsibilities
- Designs and develops software solutions across the full application stack.
- Analyzes user requirements and makes technical decisions under regular supervision.
- Supports and leads small to medium-sized system component projects.
- Ensures high quality standards with minimal revision required.
- Reviews functional specifications and validation deliverables.
- Provides peer support and assists in onboarding new Associate Software Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 2 years of prior relevant experience.
