Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

IRIS DataTech is building data-heavy, workflow-driven platforms for MSMEs, lenders, and ecosystem partners. As a Full Stack Developer, you will own features end-to-end, from UI flows to APIs and data handling, moving across the stack as the product evolves to strengthen the MSME ecosystem through compliance and financial visibility.

Responsibilities

• Build and own end-to-end features across frontend and backend
• Develop clean, scalable REST APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
• Work closely with Product and Design to translate workflows into working features
• Debug production issues across UI, API, and DB layers
• Write readable, maintainable code with proper documentation
• Participate in design discussions and suggest technical improvements
• Improve performance, reliability, and security of the platform

Requirements

• 2–5 years of software development experience
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Mandatory proficiency in Python
• Experience with Django or Flask
• Proficiency in SQL (Postgres or MySQL)
• Experience building internal tools, admin dashboards, or workflow-based systems
• Prior startup or product company experience is a strong plus
• Exposure to fintech, compliance, or data platforms
