About the Role:
We are seeking a Data Engineer to design and manage the data foundation of an enterprise platform. The ideal candidate will have strong database design skills, ETL expertise, and experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.

- Build ETL and data ingestion pipelines
- Create HR analytics-ready data models
- Optimize dashboard and reporting performance
- Manage data validation and quality controls
- Design backup and recovery strategies
- Support SAP and SuccessFactors integrations
