DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to manage and automate our production environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, automate, manage, and maintain AWS production environments.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth application deployment.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, deployment, and applications.
• Automate operational and administrative tasks using suitable tools and scripting.
• Provide operational support for cloud and enterprise deployments.
• Implement security best practices and compliance measures across systems.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams for infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.
• Ensure high availability and performance of production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting tools.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix administration and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization technologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of cloud security and monitoring tools is an added advantage.
