Associate Customer Application Engineer (Asp.net, C# & SQL)

Role Overview

As an Associate Customer Application Engineer within the RUN department, you will manage customer relationships regarding the maintenance of applications in operational and technical terms. You will own enhancements, upgrades, and application performance tuning activities, and will be trained and certified on the Ivalua Buyer (SaaS Source-to-Pay) software package.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer relationship and gather business requirements to analyze impact on implemented solutions.
• Advise customers on procurement leading practices and configuration management.
• Use the Ivalua Buyer technical framework involving C# .NET and SQL to configure and customize solutions.
• Perform reverse engineering and debugging to solve project issues throughout the implementation cycle.
• Interact with the R&D team regarding product features.
• Manage deliveries, solve technical operational issues, and contribute to peer code reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software development, primarily in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Ability to understand complex functional and technical environments and communicate concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preference for configuration-based solutions over custom coding.
• Degree (BE/BTech or Masters) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with AI (e.g., Claude) is a plus.
