Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to manage the full testing lifecycle, ensuring software quality through rigorous methodologies and defect management. This role involves working within an Agile environment to execute various testing types and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Responsibilities
- Execute SDLC and STLC methodologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint testing and backlog grooming.
- Apply test case design techniques such as Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Partitioning.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and System testing.
- Conduct UAT, Exploratory, and Cross-browser/Cross-device testing.
- Manage the full defect life cycle, including severity and priority classification.
- Develop Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and RTM.
Requirements
- Proven experience with defect management tools.
- Strong understanding of testing documentation and traceability.
- Ability to work in person.
